It's simple. The employer logs onto the portal and fills in the job order form. The job order will be posted onto the Brokerage website for registered vendors to bid on. This results in cost savings for the employer as they will be able to secure the best candidate at the best rate.

Topnotch Brokerage is a new platform, the first of its kind. Topnotch Brokerage will aim to connect employers with a network of staffing providers, all on one platform.

For clients, it is an alternative to the traditional means of recruitment: in-house recruitment, dealing with individual agencies. Our goal is to allow companies to ditch the added expenses of hiring and focus on their core business!
